Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cue Q at https://cue-q.com and the Cue Q Chrome extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: ajitesh@cue-q.com.

The service

Cue Q is a prompt library for individuals and teams. You can create prompts and folders, share them with teammates or via public links, and insert prompts into ChatGPT or Claude with the Chrome extension. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when we can.

Plans and billing

Cue Q has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Free teams can store a limited number of prompts and folders and cannot invite teammates. Pro unlocks unlimited prompts and folders and teammate invites for the team you upgrade. Billing is per team: upgrading one team does not change other teams you own.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through Dodo Payments. You can manage or cancel from Billing settings. If you cancel, Pro features remain until the end of the current paid period. Existing prompts and folders are not deleted if you return to Free, but you cannot create more until you are within Free limits or upgrade again.

Prices and limits are listed at cue-q.com/pricing. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to later renewal periods.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to use online services).
• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or unlawful.

Your content

You own the prompts, folders, and other content you submit. You grant Cue Q a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service (including sharing you enable and inserting prompts via the extension).

You are responsible for the content you store and share. Do not upload material that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or that you do not have permission to use. Public share links are accessible to anyone with the URL. Treat them as public.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service
• Access another user’s account or data without permission
• Use Cue Q to distribute malware, spam, or content that violates applicable law
• Reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
• Misrepresent the Chrome extension’s purpose or use it to scrape ChatGPT or Claude

Chrome extension

The extension signs you into Cue Q and inserts prompts you select into ChatGPT or Claude. It does not provide those AI services; OpenAI and Anthropic have their own terms. Cue Q is not affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Cue Q is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that prompts you store will produce any particular result in third-party AI products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cue Q and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Cue Q will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you were on the Free plan).

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using Cue Q and request account deletion.
