I have an idea for a CRM designed specifically for wedding photographers, inspired by products like WedyPro(https://www.wedypro.ai/) but focused on photographers' complete workflow from lead capture to final photo delivery. I don't want you to design or build the product yet. Instead, act as a startup advisor and product strategist. Help me refine, evaluate, and validate the idea by asking one thoughtful question at a time, challenging my assumptions, identifying blind spots, and testing whether the problem is significant enough to build a business around. Push back when necessary instead of agreeing with my ideas. Help me define the target customer, understand existing workflows, analyze competitors, uncover unmet needs, prioritize features, evaluate business models, identify technical and operational risks, and determine whether this is a venture-scale opportunity or a niche SaaS. One area I'm considering is allowing photographers to connect their own S3-compatible storage (or using managed storage) so paid clients receive their galleries automatically after payment, but treat this as just one hypothesis to evaluate rather than a fixed feature.
